Dinner Time
Here’s a few meals we’ve been having and trying out these last couple of weeks. They are soon to be posted on the craft blog for some favorite recipes to share.
Sweet and Sour Meatballs over Rice
Pico de Gullo
Black Beans and Chicken over rice
Southwest Green Chili Chicken-served with Spanish rice and corn. TJ made this meal which makes it even better. It was SO good!

Bath Time is Best
Adison loves bath time. If I sign bath or say the word…she runs to the bathroom door and knocks. She’s so good at playing and getting her hair washed. Yeah!

Baby Timmy
Well, I’m big and pregnant and I’m feeling it! Baby Timothy is all out front. I have a basketball on my front that runs into everything. I also tend to spill dinner on my shirt because I can’t lean forward. It’s challenging but I know we’re all excited and ready to welcome him to our family. Just a few weeks now. Yeah! Then I have the summer to work out. Yeah for no post-pregnancy winters!

Easter fun!
Grandma Hunter sent a package for Adison and baby Timmy. Adi got a new dolly which she loves! She was so excited!Grandma Jan sent a little something for the kids too. Adison loved the little card thing with openings to see the eatable bunnies. Timmy gets new fun gloves. Thanks Grandmas!
Easter was fun! There were a lot of little tings for her because mom couldn’t decide what to get. A lot came from Yaya too including a hat, outfit, glasses and…from Aunt Ashlee too. She loves her Easter dress. I’ll get a picture of her in it soon.
No Easter Egg hunt this year. We don’t have many friends around here with kids to do one with. We spent the day cleaning and cooking. We had a big dinner with a ham, deviled eggs, rolls, cabbage salad, fruit salad, funeral potatoes…Yumm! And Cousin Jon came over to help us eat it all!

Sheshone Falls
The week we went to Rupert we got to see Aunt Whitnee. We went to these amazing falls together. I had no idea something like that existed in Idaho. Wow! It was so neat!
Amazing to see the rainbow while looking down into all the water. Beautiful!
Adison just wanted to run around. She was glad to be out of the car and poor thing tripped and bonked her head on the pavement before we left. It left a scratch and a bruise for a few days but I guess that’s part of being a kid. She’s tough though. Hopped right back up.
That’s our cute girl!
yeah! A current family picture!

Spring time visit to Rupert
We had fun visiting with Grandma and Grandpa Hunter for a few days! Their neighbors had some goats and horses that Adison had a blast with! She’d never seen real animals..being in Rexburg so it was a special treat for her to feed the animals grass and watch them.
I’m so proud of her. She was not scared at all! She even tasted the grass to see what the horse was eating. Ha! It was pretty funny.
The goats were fun to watch. They wanted to come join us I think.
There’s Ralph! Adison laughed and laughed at him running around in his pin. Cute little laugh!
Daddy got to help Grandpa with lots of plowing and planting. This was a few weeks back between semesters but I hear those peas are blooming now. Wow! Grandpa knows what he’s doing! I hope we can visit during harvest time and see everything. I love gardens! Thanks for the fun visit Grandma and Grandpa! we love you!

Trading in our Van
We made sure to clean out all our stuff our of our ‘98 Plymouth Voyager before trading it in. We love our new Van but I had a hard time missing the old one. We called it Faith because that what it ran on. I call the new one Hope because I hope it will late a long long time.
It’s a 2010 KIA Sedona and it’s so nice…but not too nice. We don’t have televisions or sunroofs…just what we need. We love it! I’ll get more pictures on here soon to show off our new van! Now we have room for our family for a while. I wonder if TJ ever thought he’d be a minivan driver. Ha Ha!
